Wetlands path
PERFO geogrid reinforcement is an effective solution for constructing stable paths across wetlands, where soft, waterlogged soils typically lack the strength to support foot traffic or light vehicles. By using PERFO 100% recycled geogrids the load is distributed more evenly, reducing rutting and settlement.
This stabilisation method improves bearing capacity, and minimises the need for deep excavation, which is especially important in environmentally sensitive wetland areas. As a result, PERFO reinforced paths can provide durable, low-maintenance access while limiting disturbance to the underlying ecosystem and preserving natural hydrology.
